I’ve been at my current store for over 2 years now and we’re like a family. however, im starting at a new store in January in a new state. Any advice for getting adjusted?

Just know that you may end up in a store where you're the most senior partner and all of your coworkers have no idea what's going on. I recently transfered and it was culture shock to me, definitely took time to adjust 😵‍💫

It sucks. Most people tried intimidating me about our sm or standards, which no one follows proper standard LMAO just makes work exhausting when people micro manage and they're not even correct in what they're saying 🙃

For the love of God communicate with your SM if you are having any culture shock issues. If you have a good SM, they're going to want to give you the tools to succeed but they can't do that if you don't let them know that you're struggling (believe me I know).
