I always try and recommend whip instead cuz it’s free and the same thing, but when customers insist on the cold foam on a hot drink how much room do you leave in the cup for it? I usually do like 2inches but I feel bad cuz they’re losing drink but I don’t wanna short them foam cuz it’s $1.25 😵💫

It's really dumb but whatever, at least it boosts sales which gives us more labor hours ig 🧍♀️

I do an inch since that's the standard for cold foam on iced drinks. AFAIK there isn't a standard for hot drinks and the BRM only states that it can be added to iced drinks.

I usually don’t even blend the sweet cream and pour it on top

Based
Just put the syrup in the drink if they ask for a flavored one tbh

one time a lady ordered the foam on a hot drink i just asked to make sure it was a hot drink i didnt say anything about the cold foam she just rolled her eyes and said "yes, and i know it's going to melt 🙄"

I would say I do 3/4”-1” personally but I’m not aware of any standard that exists

Starbucks advertised (?) it on the Starbucks Canada app like a month ago. Ever since... omg. I feel like the idea is that it's meant to be flavored whipped cream.
Sarenord2 points6m ago
Oh these fucking assholes, sweet cream on a hot drink is an idiotic idea why do they have to encourage it
eliettgrace1 points6m ago
but the only difference is that the sweet cream has 2%, the whipped cream comes with vanilla
Ceramicusedbook1 points6m ago
Vanilla sweet cream has vanilla. We don't have just plain sweet cream in Canada.
