we’ve been doing two person closes for months. we used to have three people closing but then it stopped and i was told it’s bc that’s not technically standard for closing ? i miss the three person closes so much

Either that or we’ll be on 3 plays but everyone will have a lunch that needs to be taken around the same time so we all get screwed

Yup. It's beyond rough. Some days, even days I don't get a lunch, I end up not even being able to get my 10 minute.

Yeah it’s happened to us too, and our manager will tell us that it’s “not busy enough to schedule more people” but then be on the floor with us when we’re on those 2-3 plays with 40 minute waits on cafe orders and not change anything lmao
