The salted caramel cream cold brew is one full pump caramel in the foam with salt and 1T/2G/3V/4Tr full pumps of vanilla in the cold brew.

If you mobile order it it says it comes with normal amount of caramel pumps, like 4 for a grande.

there hasn’t been any communication around this changing besides the app randomly saying it, so until we get a weekly update saying they changed the drink or new drink cards saying they’ve changed, its not changing.

The weekly update from last year changed all cold brew bases to vanilla. The original recipe used to be caramel in the cold brew.

I’m pretty sure it’s meaning 4 cold bar pumps, the app used to be very confusing for cold bar drinks and this is how it used to list them when mobile order first came out and the vanilla sweet cream cold brew was launched using this standard of the cold bar pump. Definitely think this is a bug on the salted caramel cold brew. But I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️

Yep. App lists # of cold bar (half) pumps for drinks that get half pumps. E.g. shaken espresso is listed as having 3T/4G/6IV pumps, same as a latte, despite the shaken espresso getting half the syrup as a latte. It’s very confusing!
I have a regular who orders a tall mocha frap every morning and specifies one pump of mocha “even though the sticker doesn’t list it, it just says mocha, I will send it back if you put more than one pump of mocha” (she watches us pump it). But my store only keeps a hot bar mocha out, one pump of mocha is the default amount!

Yeah Starbucks isn’t exactly known for keeping up with technology. The app and mobile ordering system is really outdated. It’s probably the worst of all the fast food chains.

ALSO because as a green bean i would always forget matcha comes w liquid cane, london fogs come w vanilla, etc. etc. because it didn’t say on the sticker,, and lattes don’t come with any syrup and it doesn’t say syrup on their sticker BECAUSE THEY DONT COME W ANY AKFNFJDKSKSK
