never working christmas again. lady nearly hit me with her car because i had to cut off the drive thru line because we were closing.

Same thing happened to a former co-worker before. Told my barista to just come in and tell whatever car thru speaker that we are closing. Customers can complain all they want but if no one’s serving them there isn’t much they can do.
