Hello California partners! So heard that there’s a .50 cents raise this coming January 2023 in California ( from $15 min wage to $15.50). I was just wondering if we all get this even if we’re old partners? Thank you!

Yes, California passed a law mandating a $15.50 minimum wage for all employees in the state. Doesn’t matter who you work for or for how long; if you’re working anywhere in California on January 1, you must be paid at least $15.50.
