Hey guys! This past Christmas was the first holiday I worked ever since credit card tips were available. That being said, I was wondering if anyone knew if the digital tips/credit card tips made on Christmas are split between just the baristas that worked that shift or if it is evenly distributed amongst the store. I know the previous stores I have worked at evenly split holiday cash tips only amongst the baristas that worked that day which makes sense to me, I just wasn’t sure how digital tips work on holidays since I did not work on Thanksgiving day.
