Just got to my store, gonna clock into a 3 partner play the store has a wraparound drive line and 0 open seats inside. My manager is sitting there doing nothing while everyone Is struggling. Hope as few of you all are dealing with this today as possible.

this was my exact shift yesterday. sad and embarrassing the customers get upset everything is taking forever and i cant even speak to them bc we have cold drinks, hot drinks, mobiles, lobby, food, front , people getting wrong drinks and waiting forever to just be helped like those positions are not possible to do with two people and a full lobby and drive thru with no backups done nor cleaning nor breaks

There were only 4 partners today on the floor with 15+ pending mobile orders in the received tab and no customer support at all I am just done 😂
