A guy ordered a tall coffee in a grande cup and was upset when I …put a tall amount in a grande cup. Then claimed he wanted it topped off with cream to the top.
Is that now just a grande?

It’s about being petty, they could’ve made it easier by just saying grande and paying +0.50 cents or whatever

Does your store not ask at register if they would like cream and/or sugar? A tall amount would be correct in a grande cup. Cream to the top is still a tall.

They do ya. A lot of us thought if it’s filling a grande then essentially it’s a grande

There’s only a 4 oz difference between tall and grande so the tall amount of pike and cream to the top is no biggie. If it was a tall in a venti, filled to the top with cream, I’d be charging them the 80¢ for cream because it’s more than 4oz. Hope this helps!

If I'm feeling pretty I'd pour into a tall, add cream, dump out the extra coffee, and pour it into a grande cup
