How do y’all shift differently in your day part? Some days are easier but some days it feels like I can’t do anything right. Whether it be getting tasks done or finding right time to start breaks. Maybe it’s just the holiday season and rushes being at a different time than usual but I’m stressed out. I feel defeated

Easiest way I teach a new SSV how to manage breaks is by going to POS and printing out last weeks sales report for that day. You can see how many COSD’s per half hour. This will help you know when the business goes up or down.
