Yes, and the winds make it nearly impossible to hear, but Not only the winds but the fact that they don’t want to unroll their window the whole way is affecting your ability to make out the order, and then they get irritated 🤦🏽♀️

My store had a pipe burst and our door was unlocked so maintenance could empty out the water vacuums. A customer walked in — through the half-inch+ of water, went up to the register and tried to order. We were like… what part of us seems open right now??
