I’m a newer ssv, and this is the second week in a row the weekly meeting wasnt on my schedule. throughout november and the first week in december we hadn’t had them for whatever reason (i asked, they weren’t scheduled and my manager said i’d see it on my schedule when we started having them), so i didn’t realize we were starting them again. well, last week my manager texted something about it in our group chat and so i was able to show up.

this week, she called me 5 minutes after the starting time asking if i was almost there. i told her no, it wasn’t on my schedule so i didn’t realize there was one, even though i know they’re weekly, i just didn’t even think about there possibly being one because I’m still new to being an ssv and hadn’t had one on my schedule before. she said it’s fine, she’ll fill me in later, but she sounded out out. maybe that wasn’t directly at me, but i don’t like messing up.

now logically, i know they can’t be upset with me because it wasn’t on my schedule so i shouldn’t be expected to know or drop everything to be there. but still, i feel bad.
