should I be questioning my pay?(self.starbucksbaristas)

So i’ve been working at sbux for over a year now, i started working when the minimum wage was at 14.30. maybe 4-5 months after i started working, the minimum wage went up to 15. and i didn’t get an actual raise based of off my time with the company until recently (December 26th)(15.50). (i don’t know if my reason for my complaint makes sense let me know if it doesn’t…)
i just feel like it isn’t right for someone who’s barley starting to be making more than someone who has over a year of experience…. if true what can i do about this?

You don’t receive tenure raises when you’ve been employed for less than a year or two. Which may have been the case when the last round of raises came out because if I recall the tenure raises that time started at two years.
