So I called out 2 days due being sick. Went to doctor have respiratory infection and cold. I still having symptoms that on partner check in. Will they send me home tomorrow even though I know I’m not contagious? My boss said I’m fine come in but they haven’t seen how bad my cough is.

I just scared get in trouble. I text ask them they said just wear mask but how bad I been yesterday I pretty sure I get sent home

You can't get in trouble for staying home sick. Also, since you're working in food service, I wouldn't really risk anything when it comes to illness. Just take care of yourself and use sick time.

No. You can still use sick time. And if you found coverage for your shift (you don't have to) you definitely wouldn't get in trouble for not coming in.
