question about transfer: i just got a raise, i make $16.45 in CA. I am transferring to a store in Reno Nevada next month. will i keep my current pay??:/ (self.starbucksbaristas)

They will probably start you at the starting wage for that region, no matter what you make at your current store. You can talk with your new manager to see if they are willing to start you at a higher rate due to your experience. If not, you may get bumped down to the starting wage for baristas, which is $15, I believe.
