I work at a licensed store. I was scheduled with the two most unreliable fucking people ever. One of them hasn’t bothered showing up for the last two shifts we were supposed to work together, and the other shows up hours late if she ever shows up at all.
Neither of them bothered showing up.
I’m so fucking sick of having coworkers I can’t rely on to do their damn jobs.
Fuck them and fuck this job. I’m gonna start looking for other jobs. I’ve put up with the bullshit for long enough. I’m done.

Upper management doesn’t care. No one wants this job and they can’t get any workers (I wonder why…) so the few workers they do have, they need to keep. One of these girls just smokes back here and sits on her phone. It’s awful

Ugh I’m sorry you have to deal with that. I was a 6 year partner and finally quit last month.. I couldn’t take it anymore. Seems I got out at a good time, too with all the labor cuts and bullshit. I hope you find a new job soon! No one deserves to be in that environment.

Sucks bro. I remember that pain working at a licensed store. If I were you I would find an actual Starbucks to apply to and quit that licensed store once you got the job. Licensed stores aren’t with it

Yeah. I just got in trouble for closing early too. Only because my coworkers came in like 30 minutes after I closed because I called my manager and told her what happened. She gave them hell, so they came in, and I got in trouble. Lol. Gonna put in my two weeks soon tbh

I feel you and hope things get better either at the store or a new gig. Life’s short and yeah we gotta pay bills but hopefully a job is less miserable. It sucks to be solo and unsupported.
