babes didn’t pay for any decaf shots of espresso so they may think the whole thing is decaf which is totally not true so I wouldn’t make the drink at all until they explained what they thought they were doing when they selected decaf but didn’t select any shots.

Not how the marking works! The decaf marking without "single/double" is a glitch on the app that allows you to specify they type of shot you want without adding shots to the bev.

I know that. I’m assuming the person using the app didn’t know their was a decaf iced coffee button or just didn’t care so that way they’re still getting decaf without having to go back and re type their whole cvs receipt order. I understand your logic however with a complicated drink like this I wouldn’t want to wait for the custy to show up so I can make their drink

my store has decaf iced coffee. Source- I work there. I have brewed it many times. We have a button on our POS for it. I’m sure my store isn’t the only one with decaf iced coffee as that would be highly unlikely.
