Anyone else having trouble with resetting their password on the hub? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I need to reset my password because it’s expired and so I can see my schedule, every time I put in my network id, it doesn’t recognize it or says an access issue has occurred. Anyone know what the issue is?

You can only reset your password from a Starbucks device like the iPad or store computer. If you’re already doing that or you can’t get to the store, call partner resources.
