i cried 2 times during today's shift. i'm just sick of walking in to chaos and being thrown to the wolves. it's not fair to me, my partners, or our customers. this week has been HELL at our store, we've made the company SO much money due to the tourism and holiday season. we're out of everything, the customers are getting so aggressive, and our management just doesn't seem to care. i'm sure they do but it's just frustrating walking into a mess that could've been prevented.

It’s crazy how once peak starts (at least in my store) it is non stop until at least 3pm and it’s always understaffed and we run out of everything and then customers take it out on us like it’s not our fault there’s a shortage on literally everything

feeling this. just two of us for 3 hours through rush with barely any backups and no breaks. i'm exhausted and sick of corp. expecting us to just deal with this.
