Any insight on unionizing a licensed store in Texas ? (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hello I work at a licensed store and my partners and I have decided to unionize because as a Store Manager I feel my whole crew gets screwed by BS labor cuts that have no meaning as a store manager I have no control what so ever regarding pay. The parent company is the one that controls wages therefore the barista pay is $10 and shifts is $13 so I’ve decide it’s enough Bullshit. Any help / insight will be greatly appreciated

Since you're employed by the parent company of the licensed store and not by starbucks, I don't think you'll be able to unionize with SBWorkersUnited. It won't hurt to reach out to them, though; they may be able to give you some guidance or at least point you to another union you could organize with.
If your licensed store is in a grocery store, $1 will probably be the union you could organize with. That's especially the case if you're in a Kroger or Albertson's store since UFCW has many established unions at those companies.
Also, be aware that you will likely need to unionize your entire workplace, not just the licensed store.

I work for a University Campus but they are managed by a parent company that manages the entire University Food services such as the Dinning halls and convenience store
