i am an ssv at a low volume highway store (that is, low volume any time except holidays/travel days) and i’ll be transferring to a much larger city and much busier store. i have been feeling really stagnant in my development and i am worried about transferring and not be able to keep up. how do you find a store that is a good fit for you? like i know id like to work with an sm that is dedicated to their teams growth as much as they are dedicated to the store performing well. is that naive lmao
