you can be asked to work at another location in your district, in some cases you may even get scheduled at a store other than your home store say if your store is temporarily closed, etc. however, if you are uncomfortable working at a specific location you can communicate that to management and you *should not* receive push back. it is literally in the handbook that you can deny doing anything that makes you uncomfortable. they cannot force you to work at a store other than your home store, and I’m glad that you stood up for yourself. I’m sorry you were met with a less than gracious response.
