Thank you. It's def lost in cyberspace at my bank's end. I have had the same banking information for quite some time with no issues. The bank have simply lost it!

If you didn't get direct deposit then try to see if you have a card (forgot official name) but the card should come to the store and be given to you.

Same thing happened to me last year. I'd sworn I added my banking information but turns out I didn't and I had a starbucks card with my wage. You could also change your information on partnerhub.
