I wouldn’t be surprised if they did that just try to try and cause a fight, then try to sue or some shit. Customers are ignorant as hell.
We have a lady that comes by every now and again, and has us make a strawberry frap. And she always claims that we put coffee in it every single time. She gets huffy and puffy about and tries to cause a scene every time she does this.

Also lol that’s so annoying. I will make a drink myself and some people will still try to say it isn’t right. That’s when I take the drink back, stand where they can’t see me, then give the same drink back to them. And then suddenly it tastes perfect.

Had this happen too and on the second remake we made extra so we could try it, because we didn't believe her; Surprisingly, we all agreed it tasted kinda like Pumpkin Spice.

i had a woman do this yesterday with a turkey bacon and got it with no cheese and no meat. i made it as the ticket said and came storming to my shift about how her sandwich had only egg.

I hatttteee when this happens! "You're seriously delivering ONE ITEM?!!" That overpriced cake pop is now probably 2x or 3x the price now🤦🏿♀️😐🙄
