Are you in the US? Nothing we have here currently uses this but a google search seems to indicate that the toasted white mocha used to get this topping.
And apparently the cranberry white mocha in LatAm got this too, not sure if that drink's still around, though

Same my nails are falling off literally because my hands are so dry(like I had a nail rip down the middle)and it hurts putting it in that sanitiser solution. I got a clear acrylic over it because it just was too painful
