Deck brush the floors I swear they care so much about the floors

It may be different based on different managers for sure, but ours were very focused on how we greeted and interacted with customers, and if our labelers were all printing correctly to bar 1/2/cold bar/warming, and if our MOP pickup signs were intuitive to the customers. They didn’t seem to focus much on cleanliness, but I will say we are a clean store in general.

My advice is just remember to also focus on the standards that aren’t necessarily cleanliness focused :)

So I do a full deep clean:
I wipe the trash cans, wipe down the walls, clean inside and outside the cabinets, wipe tables (and legs). Actually scrub the mats… wipe out RTD/E case, windows, bleach the shit out of the bathrooms (they always smell like ass). Ensure you greet EVERY customer that walks through that door, even if they do not acknowledge you. Face retail and dust (if you can…I have high ceilings and have people come for that…)
