i can’t believe i’m working 7 days in a row to still only get 32hrs (self.starbucksbaristas)

title obviously. i had to pick up a few shifts, and the only ones available were like 4 hrs. i’m so tired of having to fight for hrs but i know its not just me. also i’m paid $15/hr despite prior experience ?? and apparently my store hires at $16 now ????
