Lol yea with shortages still goin on and deliveries being all weird, idk if my store would give somebody 16 cups of ice because sometimes we run low or run out on cups or lids and have to borrow from nearby stores.

They knew what they were doing tho lol which is why they got 8 of the drinks with no ice and 16 ice cups. I kno some people get no ice in their drink and cup of ice on the side. But these 2 older women asked for 2 cups of ice per drink. They're bold lol. Also i feel bad for the person who was doing customer support. They probably had to run around remaking pitchers of lemonade and mango dragonfruit refresher lol

Licensed stores charged for extra base (or extra cold brew) when someone did no ice on cold brew or refreshers for a bit, but they quickly reverted the change.

Don't tell them why you are hunting. Alternatively, tell them they recently changed the layout and you need to relearn it. They regularly change ours, the old system they changed ALL THE DANG TIME. The new one it happens less, but still happens. So feel free to use my excuse for yourself at need. The actual words are "I hate when they change the layout, just leave it alone for goodness sakes!"

That's when you grab a shift lead or manager and tell them she's insulting you based on your disability and ask her not to come back 💕
