I’d say it’s probably fine since it’s been in the fridge. I’d probably just look it over carefully to make sure it doesn’t look off, and take a small bite at first and make sure it tastes normal. Although to me it sounds like it’d be fine

yeah they load it up with a ton of preservatives. if it's not stale, smells and looks fine, ur probably good

I found a 2 week old croissant in my room and it was still edible (not that I ate it) so it should be fine

Some of the pastries can be fine. I wouldn't trust the loafs though, they're typically pretty moist and can stsrt growing mold pretty fast

So...yes and no. No, not the way you did it. But I take my items and throw it in the freezer for however long I want. I have lemon loaves in the freezer rn so if I wanted it I would take it out and defrost them for the next day.
