I live in the UK and am thinking of getting a streaming survice. (self.Blind)

Netflix and HBOMax. Amazon can be hit or miss, but it's usually a miss.

Thanks, I can't get HBO but can get netflix. I'll see what people say tomorrow and go from there.

You're welcome. I wasn't sure about HBO. If you can get Disneyplus I'm told they are good too. But hopefully someone from the UK will will comment.

Apple TV plus and Amazon prime video have some.
NowTV and Britbox don't have any.
In terms of FTA apss, BBC iPlayer, 4OD and My5 have AD on catchup. ITV Hub have it on some platforms (iOS, android) but not others from the keyboard (web, FireOS).
Not sure anywhere does live AD but I may be out-of-date on that.

none of them lock you in, people - the young in particular - tend to do a month, binge a series, then move on quite a lot.

Yeah makes sense.
I might get an app for this stuff, but then again I do have youtube so I probably wont.
The more I think about it the less I really need it but if I decide in the future that I want a streaming survice; I know to go for netflix for the best AD content.

We only pay because we have eyes about the house, I think 90 percent of the stuff comes to audiovault or similar sources in pretty short order.
