I'm considering a fitness band as a means to get me excercising more. I like the look of Fit it's software in particular. I've been looking at the devices they sell and am caught between the Cjarge 5 and Sense.
The Sense is more along the lines of a fully featured smart watch while the Charge 5 is more stripped down. My concerns are mostly down to the accessibility on each device. How easy are the menus to read? Are there any accessibility features etc?
I anyone has any experience with these devices, I would appreciate the feedback.
P.S. I don't use an iPhone so I. Can't consider an Apple Watch. They don't even let you set then up with an iPad (which I do own).

I used a Fitbit Zip then a Flex. I like the silent alarms and step-tracking. my friends and family all do challenges etc so it made sense to join them. need a phone/tablet to sync the Fitbit of course.
I've got an Inspire now, only use it for the same stuff as the older models because of not being able to see the screen. Being tapped about notifications from my phone is useful sometimes but I'd love unique vibrations per app and an accessible vibratory clock.

Looking it up. I think I can sync non-Fitbit devices to the app? Though it requires a third party app to do so. Extra steps but maybe I should consider things like the Galaxy Watch as well if it works well.

I have enjoyed being able to see my zone minutes, heart rate et cetera whilst exercising using my updated inspire. But again, all this requires the app on a smart phone or tablet.

I had the original Fitbit and then Fitbit One. I left them a while ago when instead of considering integrating with Apple HealthKit they censored the users asking for integration.
I wanted integration because I wanted to see my activity with my blood sugar, my diabetes apps integrate with HealthKit.
If you want to integrate with HealthKit don’t get a Fitbit.
ETA sorry didn’t see the PS about iPhone. I don’t know if Fitbit plays well with Google Health. I have an iPhone.

I’ve got a Lux. I have the clock large enough for me to read but can’t do much else on screen. The app works well enough with voiceover so I get the functionality I wanted

I had considered a Fitbit but had concerns about accessibility as well. I ended up getting an Apple watch & I'm happy with it.

Unfortunately, they're very strictly tired to iPhones and that's not what I'm using.
